Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the code and content belong to you from day one. On Own It, everything lives in your own Cloudflare and GitHub accounts from the start. On Managed, we host it for you, and when you leave we hand over the full code and help you move it to your own free Cloudflare account. No lock-in, no hostage sites.

Managed has a 12-month minimum. After that, cancel any time and we hand over everything: domain, code and content. If you leave before 12 months, you pay the remaining months and everything is still yours. Own It has nothing to cancel: you paid once and it’s already in your accounts.

Google’s free PageSpeed Insights tool grades a page from 0 to 100 on speed, accessibility, best practices and SEO (its technical name is Lighthouse). A 100 means the page is built right and loads fast on a slow phone. It’s not a promise to rank #1 (nobody can honestly promise that), but speed helps, and it can make your ads cheaper.

Our sites are built as fast, static files and served from Cloudflare’s global network, which serves static files for free with no request limits. There’s no server or database to rent, so there’s nothing to mark up. You pay for the build and the service, not for inflated hosting fees.

Yes. We rebuild sites from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and other platforms, carry over your content, and keep your page addresses or redirect them so you don’t lose search rankings. When we switch the domain, we copy every DNS record first, including the ones your email depends on.

Not the way we set it up. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are ready from the first moment, but their scripts only load once a visitor scrolls, taps or types (or after a few seconds). Nothing gets lost in the meantime, and on your thank-you page the tags load right away so every conversion counts.

Changes to text, images and pages within your current design: new photos, updated prices or hours, a new team member, a new page built from your existing layouts. They’re usually done in 1–2 business days. New features, like a booking system or a new kind of section, are quoted before we start.

Yes, nationwide. Everything runs remotely (calls, screen shares, email), and Arizona clients can meet in person.

It depends on the number of pages and how ready your content is. You get a written timeline before we start.

You can, but you don’t have to. On Managed, just send us the change. If you like doing it yourself, your content lives in simple text files in your GitHub repository: edit them in the browser and the site updates itself in about a minute.
