What we collect

Information you send us. When you use our contact or speed-check forms, we receive what you type: your name, email address, business name, business location, website address and message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to work on your project.

Technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider receives basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It’s used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Your theme choice. If you pick light or dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It never leaves your browser.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services that run this website:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and handles security.
• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project emails for as long as we need them to work with you and keep normal business records. Ask us and we’ll delete your information, unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@downburstdigital.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
